Who this covers

This policy explains how Aloniros Inc. (“Aloniros”, “I”), a web studio based in Calgary, Alberta, handles the information you share through aloniros.com.

What I collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, business name, what you need, what you tell me about your business, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it.
• Analytics: anonymous, cookie-free counts of page views and button clicks. These can't identify you.

This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and send you a quote, and to understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site. I don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Who processes it

• Netlify — hosts the website.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry emails (servers in the United States).
• Google Workspace — where enquiry emails are stored.
• Umami — cookie-free website analytics.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept in my inbox for up to 24 months, or longer if we work together and the information is part of our project records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me at any time by emailing hello@aloniros.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
