What they needed
A freight company shipping cars and cargo between the United States and Nigeria needed to look established to new customers on both sides, explain trucking, air, ocean and roll-on/roll-off shipping clearly, and turn visits into quote requests.

What I built
- Services for trucking, air freight, ocean freight and vehicle (RoRo) shipping
- Shipment tracking box and links to each carrier’s tracking
- Quote and contact forms, plus a WhatsApp line for Nigerian customers
- Online onboarding for new customers and agents
- Light and dark themes, built to work well on phones
In development
Phase 2: the operations system
Once the site was live, Cardin Trident asked me to move their operations off the Airtable base they had outgrown. The new system brings customers, agents, yards, containers, shipments, vehicles, customs clearances, pickups, releases, quotes, invoices and documents into one database, with separate access for staff and customers.
