/ The reason
Why I built it
Running the club meant tracking tables, reservations, deposits, debtors and nightly takings across WhatsApp, paper and the till. I built the public site to bring guests in, and a staff system so the team runs the night from one place.
/ The build
What I built
- Public site with what’s on, menu, gallery and table bookings
- Live floor map of all 35 tables for the floor manager
- Reservations, deposits and the nightly guest list
- Night close from the till export, debtors by age and PRO commission
- Year dashboard for margin, seasonality, talent and suppliers, with staff roles controlling access
